200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training

This training combines live online learning, in-person practice, self-paced study, and ongoing mentorship, making it possible to complete your certification while balancing work, family, and everyday life.

Whether you hope to teach yoga professionally or simply want to deepen your understanding of the practice, you'll be supported in a small, welcoming group where curiosity and personal growth are valued as much as technical knowledge.

Is This Training Right for You?

This training is for:

✨ Yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice beyond the physical poses

✨ Aspiring yoga teachers looking for personal mentorship and hands-on guidance

✨ English speakers living in Okinawa seeking connection and community

✨ Military spouses, expats, and anyone navigating a period of transition

✨ Those interested in nervous system regulation, breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy

No previous yoga experience is necessary. You don't need to be flexible or able to perform advanced poses—only open to learning.
