The Gentle Reset: Yoga, Nature & Okinawan Wisdom
May 29–31, 2026 | Yomitan, Nagahama Anchored Villa
Life in Okinawa can be beautiful — and it can also feel fast, demanding, and emotionally heavy, especially for military spouses and women holding everything together.
This weekend retreat is created as a soft landing: a space to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with your body, and remember who you are beneath all the roles you carry.
Blending gentle, nourishing yoga, forest bathing, cultural reflection, sound healing, and a cacao circle with simple Okinawan wisdom about living well. It is not about fixing yourself or pushing your limits. It is about rest, balance, and meaningful presence — supported by nature, community, and quiet rituals.
