Meet every Thursday and One Saturday/month at The Yoga Tree Okinawa, 

due to COVID-19 Yoga Alliance allows also delivering this training online. 

What you will learn includes:   

Meditation/Pranayama and Asana practice each day.  

History of Yoga, Styles of yoga, and how to find your own yoga.   

Yoga philosophy - Yoga Sutra and how to apply it to your everyday life.   

Ayurveda, Chakras, basic of Vedic science.  

Anatomy and physiology for yoga.   

How to teach safely and effectively (Adjustments, cues and more), build a sequence and design a class for different needs.  Business fundamental and ethic to be a successful yoga instructor. 

 Highlights of this training:  

Lead by two experienced "worldly yogis" providing variety of perspective on yoga and how to apply it to life off the mat. Down to earth, real women with families, passion for yoga and sharing it with others. We both are an examples how yoga can change ones life, bringing us closer to our true self.  

This training leads to mentorship at The Yoga Tree Okinawa studio, you will be involved in studio life, getting to know the business side of yoga. Assisting in ongoing classes and Workshops, teaching community yoga to gain experience. With a chance to teach as one of Yoga Tree Instructors.  

We understand that life if a constant change, we are here for you to help you graduate this program, allowing to take classes at the studio out of this training time as a substitute classes in 50% off regular price.   

Each Trainee can take any yoga class at The Yoga Tree Okinawa Studio 50% off price during this training.  

Meet Your Teachers:  

Masaki Taniuchi Finkenbinder  

Finished her 200 training under Faith Martin, and 300 training under Rebecca Cohen both in Okinawa. She was brought to true purpose of yoga when she was taking her 200 level training, which eventually lead her to leave corporate job and started teaching right after, believing as yoga saved her and transformed her life, she could be a bridge to yoga for someone who seeks the way to accept and transform their life. Her intention to provide yoga teacher training was to create and provide a place for yogi to learn and serve in the community in Okinawa. She also hopes and plans to make yoga accessible in the community, for Any BODY with passion and mind willing to deepen their yoga.  

Roksana Ubowska Kameda  E-RYT 200, YACEP  

"I discovered yoga in my late 20s, as a way to fix my aching back. My primary focus was on yoga asana. Gradually I started to realize that yoga is making my body stronger, but what was most surprising my mental wellbeing improved tremendously too. After years of struggle with low self-esteem and self destructive behavior, my yoga, healing inner journey, brought peace and clarity into my life. In March 2015 I graduated my initial 200 YTT in Power of Now Oasis in Bali under Jolie Manza, and many other skillful teachers. Since than I taught over 3000 hours of yoga classes. I consider myself first a student of yoga, and all that I learn, I share with my students, my greatest teachers."

 Graduationt day: 

2020.3.25 (Tue.)  Graduation exam, Certificate awarded.  

Must attend full days, 3 absences allowed (needs to be made up by personal make-up class and /or homework.)
