About the event
Labor & Birth Yoga is a Workshop for woman and her partner to learn about natural childbirth and yoga poses together. The class will teach you breathing techniques, relaxation, visualization, affirmation, and essential oils for support during labor and birth. Bring your partner, family, friend, or doula to learn with you.
