Workshop for mothers.
Modern society can put tremendous pressure on us, many mothers feel this especialy hard.
Most of us here in Okinawa is disconnected from our families, and friends, this leaves us without support.
Connect with other moms, learn from each other, in a safe and supportive atmosphere lets talk about ways to maintain health, and wellbeing.
How to deal with destructive self talk, mom guilt, and avoid burn out. Learn how to use yoga, essential oils, mindfulness, affirmations and gratitude, to help maintain balance on daily basics. Participants of this WS will be given essential oil roller as a gift, and example of practices to perform on their own.
