About the event
Learn the anatomy of breath to revitalise and recharge body mind and soul. As you understand the basics of the Yogic philosophy behind pranayama and learn how to engage the bandhas in your pranayama practice, Roksana will also lead you into a simple asana practice to complement this. After this workshop you will have practiced several pranayamas, learn the benefits of each technique and gain skills to teach to others or self practice covered techniques. Handouts and Certificates of completion will be hand out.
