About the event
Sankalpa means an intention formed by the heart and mind, a solemn vow, determination or will. Find your Sankalpa for year 2020. During this 2 h class we will form ours Sankalpas, practice inspiring flow yoga, and finish with 30min yoga Nidra. Suitable for all levels. Mats and props are provided. 120 min ¥2800
