February 2nd Sound Bath will include Kirtan, singing mantras.
February 16th with Tibetan Bowls.
Give yourself a midday recharge and relax.
Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully and breathing deeply. Breath practice (Pranayama) and Chanting might be included. After initial Asana (yoga pose) and Pranayama practice we will move into Sound Bath in Shavasana. Open to all levels.
