About the event
Experience the amazing benefits of this sleep-based meditation practice suitable for absolute beginners and experienced practitioners. We will begin by enjoying a short yoga nidra meditation followed by discussion of the origins of the practice, the science, and the many benefits to include better sleep, deep relaxation, reduced stress, improved trauma and PTSD symptoms, and so much more. We will end the workshop with a full 1-hour practice allowing you to experience the full benefits of this powerful meditation. This workshop will be lead in English by Desiree
