About the event
Give yourself a midday recharge and relax. This class still has the feel of a vinyasa class with a slower pace. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully and breathing deeply. Breath practice (Pranayama) and Chanting included. After initial 60min Asana (yoga pose) and Pranayama practice we will move into 30min Sound Bath in Shavasana. Open to all levels.
